1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PromptForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PromptForge.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PromptForge only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or discriminatory content.
You may not attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the service.
You may not use automated systems to access the service without our permission.
You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without authorization.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Prices are subject to change with notice to active subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

PromptForge and its original content are the property of PromptForge and its licensors.
You retain ownership of the prompts you create using our service.
You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

PromptForge is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where PromptForge operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
