- Account information: email address, name, and password (encrypted) when you sign up.
- Usage data: prompts you generate, style preferences, and feature usage to improve our service.
- Payment information: processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, and operating system for security and analytics.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the PromptForge service, including prompt generation and history.
- To process payments and manage your subscription status.
- To send you service-related emails (account verification, password resets, billing).
- To improve our AI models and user experience through aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored on Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant cloud infrastructure provider.
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest.
- Access to production databases is restricted and logged.
- We regularly review our security practices and conduct vulnerability assessments.
Third-Party Services
- Razorpay: Payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's privacy policy.
- Supabase: Database, authentication, and backend infrastructure. Subject to Supabase's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics: Anonymous traffic analytics (where enabled).
- We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.
Your Rights
- You can request a copy of all data we hold about you.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
- You can opt out of non-essential communications.
