Refund Policy
Last updated: January 1, 2025. We want you to be 100% satisfied with PromptForge. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.
Eligible for Refund
- Request is made within 14 days of the subscription purchase.
- You have not extensively used the Pro features (fair usage under 50 prompts generated).
- The refund request is for your first subscription purchase (not renewals).
- There was a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, and support could not resolve it.
Not Eligible
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Subscription renewals (you must cancel before the next billing cycle).
- Accounts with excessive usage indicating the service was fully utilized.
- Requests from users who have violated our Terms & Conditions.
- Top-up prompt purchases (these are consumable credits).
The refund process.
1. Submit Request
Email us at shareef@promptforge.sbs with your account email and reason for refund.
2. Review
We review all refund requests within 2-3 business days.
3. Approval
If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method.
4. Processing
Refunds typically appear in 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancel anytime.
Monthly Subscriptions
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have Pro access until the period ends.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions can also be cancelled anytime. If cancelled within the first 14 days and you meet the refund criteria, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, cancellation prevents renewal but does not refund the current year.
Top-Up Prompts
One-time top-up prompt packs are non-refundable once used. Unused top-up packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
